The search for the next MICDS Head of School is underway! Input from all constituents in the MICDS community is needed and welcomed in the search process. This week, the search consultants from Carney Sandoe & Associates met with students, parents, alumni, faculty and staff to understand what makes MICDS special and the ideal qualities for our next head of school. Please keep an eye out for an email next week from Julie Lilly ‘86, Chair of the Search Committee, with a link to a confidential online survey, which will be administered and aggregated by Carney Sandoe. This is an opportunity for all MICDS community members to anonymously share insights on priorities for MICDS and our next head of school.
