This week, Junior Kindergarteners had a very special storytime reading by Mr. and Mrs. Rainey. They logged into Zoom to watch and listen as MICDS Head of School Jay Rainey and his wife Ruth read Small Pig by Arnold Lobel. The book was near and dear to their hearts as it was the exact copy that Mrs. Rainey read as a child. They even showed where she signed her name in the book and listed her phone number and classroom number. They read this same book to their own children, and now, they read it to MICDS Junior Kindergarteners. Enjoy!
