A Latte to Look Forward To: Meeting Chelle Wabrek and the New PA Slate at Winter Coffee

The Parents Association Winter Coffee meeting, held last Friday, February 20, was a tremendous success and a wonderful opportunity to bring our community together. Anne Schultz P’25, ’29, PA President, welcomed families, setting an energized tone for the morning. The meeting featured a special appearance by incoming Head of School Chelle Wabrek, whose remarks were warmly received and sparked excitement across the community. Anne shared the PA community’s enthusiasm about welcoming Chelle to St. Louis.

Jen Hogan P’26, ’28, past PA President, led the nomination announcements for the 2026-2027 PA Executive Board and Vice Class Chairs, and she facilitated a dynamic Q&A session with Chelle, featuring questions submitted by families.

Meg Trilling P’26, ’28, President-Elect, will soon welcome the newly elected slate as each person steps into their leadership roles. Congratulations were extended to all nominees for their commitment to serving and strengthening our school community. The event was a true reflection of the collaboration, dedication, and spirit that define MICDS. Special thanks to Samantha White, Upper School Administrative Assistant to Head of Upper School & Assistant Registrar, for coordinating the webinar and ensuring a seamless meeting and experience for all who attended.
