Late Start - Tuesday, January 27, 2026

Read Details

We are running a late-start schedule for all students tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27, to allow additional time for students and families to travel to campus due to road conditions. Students may begin arriving at 8:30 a.m. for a 9 a.m. start. Faculty should report by 8:30 a.m. Upper School Families: There is a water main break at Entrance 6 that is currently pending repair. This may complicate traffic flow, so please allow for extra time. All after-school activities will occur as scheduled. Note that due to this schedule change, Wednesday, January 28 will not be a late start as planned for Middle and Upper School. Please be safe as you make your way to campus.

Boo Who?! The Haunting of Danforth Hall

Middle School Librarian Bethany Kavanaugh has partnered with her ghostly friends again this year to sprinkle fun throughout the week leading up to Halloween. She partnered with Paul Colletti, Marketing and Communications Specialist, to capture some of our Middle School ghosts for a guessing game.

Middle School students received an email on Monday, saying, “Ahhh! Who is that behind you?! Just kidding. A few very spooky ghosties have been seen wandering around Danforth Hall…can you guess which teachers are haunting our halls this Halloween? Make your best guesses, and find out the answers during Middle School Meeting on Friday!”

Check out some of our spirited faculty and staff. Can you guess who’s who?

This groovy ghost definitely wants to rest in PEACE:

Shhhhh! This ghost is using the afterlife to catch up on their TBR.

Do you think this ghost has read Toilet-bound Hanako-kun?

Do ghosts smell? Do they even have noses? Is there some sort of science to this?

Creepy doll? Check. (k)Pop for the afterlife? Double check.

This ghost is ready to RELAX. Beach ball is hard to play Solo, though.

MAX AURA: Can you name all THREE ghosties in this photo?

Safety first is more than just a perspective, ghostie friends. Zoom zoom!

On Wednesdays, we haunt in pink.

In the afterlife, they have an infinite amount of time to listen to your ghostly woes!

¡Ah! ¿Viste un fantasma?

Kickin’ it in style, even in the great beyond.

Whether its juggling teaching, clubs, or pizza, this ghostie is giving awesome in the afterlife!

Feelin’ creative? Come on over. Paint something. Craft something. Rest in peace. Do whatever you like.

Have you figured out the ghosties? Need some help? Scroll down!
