Dr. Randy Larsen Speaks to AP Psych Students

Have you ever been interested in the differences between introverts and extroverts? If so, you would have been fascinated by Dr. Randy Larsen’s recent presentation to AP Psychology students. Dr. Larsen, parent of Tommy ’18 and Ana Larsen ’19, is a psychologist and professor at Washington University in St. Louis. During his presentation, he shared some of his lifelong research on personality—specifically introverts and extroverts, how they prefer to study, their arousability and other patterns of behavioral differences. After the presentation, students had time to ask questions and learn more about the basic theories that have influenced his work.
