No Late Start for MS and US - Wednesday, February 1

In view of the lost instructional day Monday, the Middle and Upper Schools will run block schedules through the end of the week (C, D, E, and F rotations). This calendar change means that, except in the Lower School, we will NOT run a late-start Wednesday schedule on February 1. Lower School will still have a late start. Middle and Upper School classes will begin promptly at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, February 1.

“Look Who’s Talking” Event on November 16

Parents and students in grades 8-12 are invited to attend “Look Who’s Talking,” a Candid Conversations event featuring Upper School students, on Tuesday, November 16, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in Danforth Chapel. This event was moved to the beginning of the second trimester, when academic demands and athletic/activity schedules for students are more flexible.

Please RSVP by Friday, November 5, using this link.

Join Candid Conversations and Upper School students for Look Who’s Talking: a unique student led program on parent – teen communication for grades 8-12. Students will ‘perform’ their do’s and don’ts for good communication and facilitate small group conversations on how to make and keep connections. MICDS Upper School Counselor Debbie Granick will share stories from families who have seen change happen and the skills they use.

A light dinner and refreshments for students and parents will be available.
