Mary Carnal ’15 Selected by US Figure Skating to 2014-15 DREAM Program for Synchronized Skating

Mary Carnal ’15 has been selected by US Figure Skating to be one of only ten members of their 2014-15 DREAM program for synchronized skating. Mary is a skater for St. Louis Synergy and a member of Team USA. DREAM stands for Determination, Responsibility, Education, Achievement, and Motivation. The DREAM program was developed by USFS with the goal of using the skating and leadership skills of successful athletes to influence the lives of younger, developing athletes. Skaters are selected from a highly accomplished pool of applicants to support and promote skating, as well as serve as role models on and off the ice. Selection to this program is an extraordinary honor, recognizing Mary’s hard work and dedication to her sport, academics, service and leadership. She looks forward to being an ambassador for US Figure Skating and the sport of synchronized skating.
