On April 8, the MICDS Upper School Science Olympiad team competed at the state competition at Westminster College in Fulton, MO, against 31 additional teams. Science Olympiad is a national science competition with events in various scientific disciplines including biology, chemistry, earth science, physics and engineering.
MICDS placed in the top 5 in 8 events and finished 7th overall! Congratulations to the team members and their coach, Upper School Science Teacher Kelly Anderson.
