Alexander Birkel ’21 was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout. For his Eagle project, Alexander built an education shelter at the World Bird Sanctuary.
Fiona Richards ’21 was awarded the top prize, a Gold Key, in the 2018 Scholastic Writing Awards for the Missouri Region for her humorous essay „LNBS: Great People Don’t Always Do Great Things“. As a Gold Key winner, Fiona’s essay will advance to the National Competition.
Caroline Liekweg ’18 competed in the Swimming & Diving State Championships, placing 2nd in the 500m freestyle and 8th in the 200 freestyle.
