Girls Cross Country Advances to State Championships; Ray Wins Individual District Championship

We are very proud of our state-qualifying Girls Cross Country team! Our Rams finished the District Championships in 3rd place which qualifies them for the State Championships, and Julia Ray ’23 is the Class 4 District 3 Girls Cross Country Champion. This marks the fourth year straight of Ray winning the District Championships through three different classifications (Class 3, 4, and 5), as summarized by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Other All District finishers include Grace Coppel ’25 in 9th place, Bridget Clennan ’24 in 24th, Addison Small ’25 in 28th place, and Abby Wyckoff ’24 in 29th place. Annabelle Medler ’24 and Addilyn Farmer ’26 also had strong finishes. Go Rams!

Ms. Beasley to Perform

Our very own Summer Beasley, Middle & Lower School PE Teacher and alumna Elise Ringenberg ’10 dance professionally with Karlovsky & Company Dance, which is celebrating 10 years with a performance on November 10 & 11 at 7:30 p.m. at The Grandel.  Cheer on Ms. Beasley in their RECAPTURED show! Tickets can be purchased here.

Description from the website: “RECAPTURED celebrates a decade of dance highlighting memorable excerpts from the company’s evening-length productions of contemporary dance-theater with live music and spoken word. This retrospective concert offers an assemblage of the rich choreographic range by the company’s founder and director, Dawn Karlovsky, through excerpts from FRENCH CONNECTIONS (2015), LOUDER THAN WORDS (2017), REMEMBRANCE (2018), and SHIFTING TIME (2019.)”

Break a leg, Ms. Beasley!
