Senior Volleys to AVCA's Brightest & Best Second Team

Congrats to senior Audrey Mahoney ’22 for landing on the American Volleyball Coaches Association Brightest & Best Second Team! She is one of 378 athletes nationally to earn the award. Way to go, Audrey!

Boys Soccer Explodes in Second Half

On Tuesday, the Rams Boys Soccer Team dominated the second half of play to beat St. Francis Borgia Regional, 5-1. This puts the team’s overall performance to 14-4. Check out the recap of the game here.

Field Hockey Dominates Quarter and Semifinals

On Tuesday, the Rams Field Hockey Team won their state quarterfinal game, 3-0, against Parkway West High School. They advanced to the state semi-final which marks their fifth consecutive trip to the semifinals and 11th final four appearance in the last 12 seasons. Read the recap of the game in STL Today. Brecken Calcari ’22 scored twice, Anna Lochhead ’22 scored once, and Kendall Curry ’23 had a shutout game as goalie.

On Thursday, the Rams won in the semifinals against the Bombers, 3-1. Read the recap in STL Today here, highlighting Calcari’s talents in defense and offense, goals by Lochhead and Kate Oliver ’22, and saves by Curry.

On Saturday, the Rams will compete in the Midwest Tournament championship against Villa Duchesne. Go Rams!

Girls Tennis Earns 2nd Place at State

Congratulations to the Varsity Girls Tennis Team for their 2nd place finish in the Class 3 State Championships! The Rams fought hard with a 5-0 finish against Park Hill in the semifinals and two tight doubles matches in the finals: Mikaela Mikulec ’24 and Rachel Li ’24 earned 8-9, and Journee White ’22 and Chelsey Nwamu ’23 scored 6-8.
