Fourth Grade visits the Dana Brown Overnight Center

Successful Fourth Grade Expedition to the Dana Brown Overnight Center

Last week, our fourth-grade students went on an expedition to the Dana Brown Overnight Center. As a capstone experience to their Lower School journey, this field trip also marked the completion of their ecology unit. At the Center, they partook in hands-on learning opportunities to explore Missouri’s native ecosystems in a variety of classes focused on ecology. It was a great day of enjoying nature, the woods and even some turtles!

As our fourth graders take these lessons with them, we are excited for their next journey to begin: Middle School!
