Last week, Upper Schoolers spent Friday afternoon at the Activities Fair, exploring the different clubs and organizations available for them to join.
Set up outside of Founders Court, over 50 clubs and organizations sponsored informational booths to recruit new members. Students and club sponsors drew the students’ attention by handing out treats, stickers and pins, or by catching their eye with unique booth setups.
At the close of the fair, faculty members took the stage for a special performance. These faculty members wore gold masks and performed a choreographed dance for the students. At the end of the dance, they revealed themselves – giving the crowd some surprises as to who was who!
The fair is put on by the Activities Committee and Community Service Committee, and their mission for the event is to foster an environment of community and joy.
“This is a fun time to share info and connect with students, especially new students to the Upper School,” said Erica Moore, Director of Student Activities.
