Field Day Puts a Spring in the Steps of Upper School Students

The MICDS campus was bustling on Thursday afternoon as Upper School students competed in a host of Field Day activities. The annual event sees students gather into their advisories and compete in one of four quadrants. “More and more, Field Day has become a rallying point for the Upper School community to enjoy a final, uninterrupted afternoon of fun together before the seniors depart and the rest of us settle in for the hectic pace of wrapping up another great year at MICDS,” says Nicole Trueman-Shaw, Director of Upper School Student Leadership & Dean of Students.

The afternoon saw students enjoying themselves with tug-of-war, dodgeball, team races, kickball, soccer, and a teachers-versus-seniors volleyball game. In the end, the green quadrant took home the Field Day trophy.

What incredible school spirit, Rams!
