May Day Postponement to Sunday

May Day Postponed to 5/4

In view of the latest forecasts predicting a higher probability of inclement weather tomorrow than the day after, MICDS is postponing this year’s May Day ceremony to Sunday, May 4. We will communicate with you again no later than 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, to share further information about the time and plan for Sunday afternoon's ceremony. We value the May Day tradition at MICDS and regret the uncertainty of this weekend’s weather and any inconvenience it may cause. We appreciate your understanding as we make every effort to hold the ceremony under safe and enjoyable conditions.

Student Achievement: Donovan ’18, Creath ’19

Alex Donovan ’18, Katie Donovan ’18 and Kelci Creath ’19 won 3rd place at the Washington University Fall Academic Tournament (WUFAT) which was held at Washington University in St Louis on November 11, 2017. 42 teams and over 30 high schools competed in this round-robin tournament for the day. In addition to winning 3rd place as a team, Alex Donovan ’18 got 168 points – finishing with the highest individual score among all contestants.
