We are delighted to recognize the academic achievements of our Class of 2026 seniors at our MICDS Commencement Ceremony on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the McDonnell Athletic Center (MAC). Please join us in honoring our Rams as they reach this incredible milestone. Go Rams!

Student Information
- Rehearsal Information for Thursday, May 14
- Rehearsal is on Thursday, May 14 from 12:30-2:00 p.m. in the McDonnell Athletic Center.
- Rehearsal is required for all graduating seniors.
- Day of Details for Students on Monday, May 18
- Seniors are to arrive promptly at 6:00 p.m. inside the MAC Gymnasium for a class photo. Parking lots will open at 5:00 p.m.
- Seniors will be allowed into the MAC as soon as they arrive (as early as 5:00 p.m.) and can be dropped off by the vehicle with the Commencement Parking Pass QR Code. (As a reminder, the pass can only be scanned once—after scanning, it will be marked as USED and will not allow any additional scans).
- Please note that vehicles without a Commencement Parking Pass QR Code for Lot C will not be able to drop off students at the MAC. If parking elsewhere, please allow plenty of time to walk to the MAC. Thank you for understanding.
- Families will be allowed into the MAC Atrium at 6:00 p.m. and into the MAC Gymnasium at 6:20 p.m.
- The Ceremony will begin at 7:00 p.m. sharp.
- Parking will be congested and challenging, so please plan ahead and arrive early. Carpooling with family or other graduating seniors is encouraged.
- Seniors are to arrive promptly at 6:00 p.m. inside the MAC Gymnasium for a class photo. Parking lots will open at 5:00 p.m.
- Graduating Senior Attire
Students have two options for attire for the day:
1) White button-down shirt with dark gray trousers, navy blazer, MICDS formal striped tie or MICDS formal bow tie (both currently available for purchase in the MICDS Bookstore), and comfortable shoes and socks (sneakers are permitted). Students can purchase the trousers, blazer, and white button-down shirt at a reduced price from the Jos. A. Bank located in Creve Coeur (311 N. Lindbergh Blvd). If you do not purchase from Jos. A. Bank, please do your best to match the colors of your items to those from Jos. A. Bank. Feel free to contact them at 314-993-1012 should you have any questions. Please show them this page on your phone or bring a printout with you to receive the discounted prices.

Parking
Parking instructions and map.
- Parking lots will open at 5:00 p.m.
- Each graduating senior family will be allotted one parking space in C Lot off of Ladue Road. Individual parking passes will be issued the week of Commencement. Each parking pass will have a unique code and may only be used once (no re-entry). All other vehicles will be directed to park in A Lot and Carpe Diem Drive off of Warson Road.
- Here is the Parking Map that shows the walking routes from A Lot and the other various parking spots to the MAC. There will be signs marking the walking path as well. Please allow 15 minutes to walk from A Lot to the MAC.

FAQs
- What time will doors open?
6:00 p.m.
Families will be allowed into the MAC Atrium at 6:00 p.m. and into the MAC Gymnasium at 6:20 p.m.
- My family member has mobility limitations or uses a wheelchair. Is there a way for them to easily access the event space?
Yes, there will be golf carts shuttling those needing special assistance to the front door of the event space, and there are elevators available for use within the MAC. Shuttles will pick up at the flagpole in A Lot and along Carpe Diem Drive.
- How long is the ceremony?
About 1.5 hours
- Is there a limit to the number of guests per student?
No.
- Can I take pictures?
Yes, photographs without flash are allowed to be taken from your seats. Photos of individual graduates receiving a diploma will be taken by a professional photographer and offered for free to families. The link will be provided after graduation, so parents/guardians and students can download files for free and print them on their own. Only the official photographer will be permitted to set up close to the platform.
Once the ceremony has concluded, graduates are welcome to take family photos in the MAC or outside on campus.
