A Strong Start to Spirit Week

The campus buzzed with activity and unity this week as we kicked off the week leading up to Homecoming Weekend.

Each division had their own activities and special spirit theme days—from pajama day to USA day and much more.

On Thursday, the Upper Schoolers participated in the annual Boat Races, where each advisory creates and decorates a boat out of cardboard and duct tape and races it across Polk Pond. As usual, the event ended with all of the seniors jumping into the pond. And this year’s big winner—Tourais’ advisory. Congrats!

Also on Thursday, 5th and 6th graders celebrated their annual Club 56 event, a time to bring the two classes together and enjoy the festivities of Spirit Week—complete with games, music, activities and snacks.

Friday morning, the Upper School fall sports teams paraded through Beasley for the annual Lower School Parade, spreading the Ram spirit and lots of ear-to-ear smiles throughout the division.

There will be many more Homecoming Weekend festivities to celebrate throughout the rest of the weekend. Visit the Homecoming web page for the most up-to-date information.
