This week, the MICDS Upper School gave a warm welcome to fifteen exchange students and their two chaperones from our sister school in Argentina, Instituto Albert Einstein (IAE). The exchange students, who hosted MICDS students at their own school last spring, will be staying with their St. Louis families and the school community for a total of two weeks.
Their visit to campus kicked off with a welcome celebration and was followed the next day by a field trip tour around St. Louis, visiting spots such as the City Museum and the Forest Park Boathouse. During their stay, each student will be paired with an Upper School “buddy” to guide them around campus, lead them to different classes, and make them feel welcome as visitors of the MICDS community.
