The Parents Association Passport Series kicked off the year last Friday with a Welcome Breakfast. Attendees brought various cultural dishes to share. Liesel Duhon outlined Passport events through January, and Erin Hamill and Mini Kumar gave a brief presentation on the International Expo, a beloved tradition where MICDS families share their heritage and culture with the whole community.
Passport Series events are open to all – international families and any family that is simply interested in learning more about different cultures and foods. It’s a great opportunity to meet other parents in a fun atmosphere while expanding your international knowledge.
