As part of their ongoing effort to improve services for the MICDS community, FLIK Independent School Dining, our food service provider, has named Bob Mast as the new general manager of dining services at MICDS.
Bob is a Certified Food and Beverage Executive (C.F.B.E.) in Food Service Management from The Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Motel Association, and earned his degree in Hospitality Studies, Hotel and Restaurant Management from St. Louis Community College.
While he will be serving the entire campus, Bob’s office is located on the lower level of the Middle School near the dining hall. He can be reached at 314-995-7378. Welcome Bob to MICDS!
