Student Achievement: Puertas ’19, Donovan ’18

Sophia Puertas ’19 spoke on a student panel at the CS for All Summit at Washington University in St. Louis. Sophia talked about her love for computer science and the role her teachers played in encouraging her involvement in STEM-related opportunities. Alex Donovan ’18 was named a semifinalist (one of seven from Missouri) in the Siemens Competition in Math, Science and Technology. Approximately 1,800 projects were reviewed in this competition, with only 300 being chosen as semifinalists. View the complete list of Siemens semifinalists.
