Matt Roper ’17 has earned Academic All State recognition for Boys Basketball. This is one of the most prestigious honors the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association bestows on players in the state of Missouri. The recognition banquet was held on April 23. Congratulations, Matt!
“Matt is a great example of a true student-athlete who demonstrates that it is possible to excel both on the court and in the classroom,” said Matt Hixenbaugh, Upper School History Teacher and Boys Varsity Basketball Head Coach. “His ability to achieve success in all areas of his life is a credit to his attitude and work ethic. Matt deserves the honor of being recognized by the MBCA as Academic All State in basketball and we are proud for him to represent our program and MICDS.”
