Spencer Kinsey ’26 and Tommy Wickersham ’24 competed in the Ozark Swimming Championships last weekend.
Spencer won the 10 and under boys 200-yard medley, 100-yard medley, 100-yard breaststroke and 50-yard breaststroke races. He placed 2nd in the 200-yard freestyle, 4th in the 100-yard butterfly and 6th in the 50-yard butterfly. His swims earned him second place overall in high point and a spot representing the Ozark League at the Central Zone Swim Meet held in Geneva, OH this August.
Tommy placed first in the 50-yard and 100-yard breaststroke and finished second in the 200-yard individual medley and in the top eight of the 50 free, 100 free, 500 free and 100 individual medley.

Davis Schukar ’24, Noah Kleinlehrer ’22 and William Wurdack ’21 recently competed at the Wisconsin Illinois Junior Alpine Racing Association racing circuit at Sundown Mountain with the Hidden Valley Ski Team. Noah also competed against some of the best Junior skiers in the region at the recent U.S. Ski and Snowboard Central Division race at Chestnut Mountain.

Danielle Kain ’21 won the Joan Silber Award, which is an annual competition with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis! She was honored at the annual Table for Four Event this week where she spoke and received her $1,000 scholarship award.

Kiki Arnold ’19, Katherine Kosup ’19, Katherine Rianhard ’19, Lou Chalfant ’18, Katie O’Hara ’18 and Addie Thomas ’18 were named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association High School National Academic Squad. The High School National Academic Squad program recognizes those high school seniors and juniors who have achieved a minimum cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.50 out of 4.0 or the equivalent through the first quarter of the 2017-18 school year. Lou, Katharine O., Katie, Katherine R. and Addison were named Scholars of Distinction for achieving a minimum cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.9 out of 4.0.
