Holly Campbell is New Director of Marketing and Communications

Holly Campbell has joined the MICDS community as the School’s new Director of Marketing and Communications. She brings extensive experience and abundant energy to her work at MICDS.

In her announcement of the appointment, Head of School Lisa Lyle stated, “Holly will help our School establish the strategic priorities for marketing and communications efforts as we continue to make the most of research and creative produced by The Lawlor Group last year and as we as we broaden our reach in new ways into electronic communications. She brings a deep understanding of social media and metrics of success in each of these areas, which will help us make informed decisions. She will be a great thinking partner for us, and a strong member of the Administrative Team.”

As Vice President for Marketing and Communications at Enterprise since 2005, Holly led the strategic development and activation of all creative, media and sponsorship initiatives for the car rental company in North America, which includes the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Car Rental brands. In this role, she has overseen the creative development (television, print and digital), media planning and buying (television, print and online) and sponsorship activities for the Enterprise, National and Alamo brands. She was charged with stewarding the brands’ strategic positioning and is responsible for partner relationships, including sponsorship properties, creative agencies, media agencies and networks.

Prior to working at Enterprise Holdings, Holly spent five years as Director of Communications for Anheuser-Busch, where she managed internal and external communications for the company’s operations, crisis communications and labor relations. Before that, Holly worked for Fleishman-Hillard, a world-wide public relations firm, where her clients included Anheuser-Busch, Anheuser-Busch theme parks and Sony PlayStation.

Holly is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. She resides in Kirkwood with her husband, David, and their three-year-old daughter, Ella.
